About DPES
Standards-based strength and conditioning curriculum — built by a practitioner, tested in a real building.
Why DPES exists
- PE is the only subject in most schools with no written curriculum for strength and conditioning.
- Teachers are handed a weight room and told to figure it out.
- Administration has no assessment data, no standards crosswalk, and no adoption-ready documentation.
- DPES closes that gap — curriculum, assessment, and program design, ready to run
The system
Curriculum
Movement competency, programming, and testing — sequenced and taught as content for mixed-ability PE classes.
Assessment
Rubrics, performance testing, and RPE-based programming you can score, grade, and report.
Program Design
Adoption, scheduling, budget, and liability — answered before a program gets approved.
